Fenabel, a company founded in Rebordosa, Paredes, specializes in the production of chairs for the residential, hospitality, restaurant, and geriatric markets, offering a portfolio of over 400 products. With a business history dating back to 1907, the third-generation company is managed by Mário Leite. The Fenabel brand began its international expansion in 1992.
As part of its social responsibility, Fenabel partnered with World Youth Day Lisbon 2023 by producing 8 chairs intended for the official ceremonies of His Holiness Pope Francis and the President of the Portuguese Republic.
The armchairs, crafted from solid ash wood with a natural finish, featuring seats and backs upholstered in white fabrics and gold-embroidered coats of arms, adhered to sustainability criteria. Each chair has an estimated weight of approximately 28 kg and a height of 1.25 m. The armchairs were developed manually, with special attention to the art of know-how in every detail, an intrinsic characteristic of Fenabel products.
